This page states exactly what An Nhien Dental does with your data. No boilerplate, no promises we do not keep.
When you book an appointment
The booking form collects your name, phone number, email, the service you are interested in, and your notes (which may describe symptoms). This is emailed straight to the clinic inbox and is NOT stored in any database. If the email fails to send, the server records only an error code and a request ID — none of your details — and the website immediately shows alternative ways to reach us so your appointment is not lost.
When you use the WhatsApp button
That button opens WhatsApp pre-filled with your name, phone number, service, preferred date and notes. Those details therefore pass through WhatsApp, a third-party service. The website tells you this right next to the button.
Traffic measurement
This website currently uses no analytics tools — no Google Analytics, no tracking cookies. If that changes, we will ask for your consent first and update this page.
What this website stores on your device
Two things, neither of which identifies you: the an_lang cookie holds the language you picked; the anhien-event-popup entry in local storage stops an event notice you closed from reappearing that day. There is no consent cookie because there is currently no measurement to ask you about.
